Randal Fippinger is the Visiting Artist Producer and Outreach Manager. In addition, he is the Visiting Artist Series Curation Committee Co-Chair with Nathaniel Wiessner.

Prior to Williams College, Randal was first the general manager and then the Executive Director of the José Limón Dance Foundation. After leaving the Executive Director position, he served on Limón’s Board of Directors’ Executive Committee. Randal started his arts career as a professional stage manager, working for eight years Off-Broadway and at American Ballet Theatre. After stage managing, Randal a Vice-President for Goldman Sachs as a project manager building trading floors and managing disaster recovery in New York and Europe. Randal completed the Kennedy Center Arts Management Fellowship (2003), transitioning to arts management. He has two masters focusing on performance curation, Skidmore’s Master of Arts in Liberal Studies and a Masters of Arts in Performance Curation from the Institute for Curatorial Practice in Performance at Wesleyan University.

Randal served as the President of New England Presenters, a regional service organization, from 2010 to 2016.

Randal is also proud to serve on two Williamstown town committees, Diversity, Inclusion, and Racial Equity (DIRE), since August 2021 and the Select Board since May 2022.
